At BELA Salon, we recognize that life is unpredictable, and we fully understand that unexpected situations may arise. To maintain a seamless experience for all involved, we kindly request that you inform us with the greatest possible advance notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
We deeply value the time of each of our clients and seek mutual respect regarding time commitments. To this end, we've instituted a comprehensive No Call/No Show policy. This is to ensure that our calendar operates efficiently, allowing other clients the opportunity to secure appointments.
A "No Call/No Show” incident is defined as the absence of a client from their scheduled appointment without prior notification. In the event of a policy breach, the following measures will be enacted:
The client will be prohibited from making future appointments and will incur a charge amounting to 100% of the scheduled service fee.
We are acutely aware that emergencies and unforeseen events can occur. Should you find yourself in such a situation, we implore you to reach out at your earliest convenience to notify us of any adjustments to your appointment. Your understanding and adherence to this policy are greatly appreciated and help in fostering a respectful and professional environment.
