CANCELLATION POLICY
First time client? Please read and agree to BELA Salon’s Cancellation Policy before your first visit.

At BELA Salon, we take great pride in providing exceptional service and respecting the value of your time. As a small business, we require financial stability, and enforcing our cancellation policy is essential to maintaining that stability. By booking an appointment with us, you agree to our cancellation policy as outlined below:
Cancellation or Rescheduling: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you need to do so, we kindly request that you provide us with at least 48 hours notice. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours notice, you will be responsible for 50% of the booked service, even if you reschedule to a later time.
Illness: If you are feeling unwell, we kindly request that you reschedule your appointment for another time. Please do not come to the salon if you are symptomatic. Your health and the health of our team and other clients is of the utmost importance to us. If you are unable to attend your appointment due to illness and you provide less than 48 hours notice, you will be responsible for 50% of the booked service.
To ensure efficient scheduling and respectful treatment of our time, we kindly request that you refrain from changing your scheduled service within 48 hours of your appointment. In the event that you do need to make a change, please be aware that a fee equal to half of the full service will be charged. For example, if you have booked a full custom color but decide to switch to a haircut on the day of your appointment or within 48 hours of it, we will need to apply half the fee of the original custom color service.
It's important to note that getting hair services is a luxury, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation in working with us to schedule appointments that are convenient for you. We strongly advise against taking time off work or other commitments to receive our services. If you choose to do so, it is at your sole discretion, and we are not liable for any inconvenience or loss of income that may result.
Revisions: Now, we want to level with you—we may not be perfect, but trust us, we're pretty darn close. We pour our heart and soul into every cut, color, and style. However, sometimes, the hair gods might have a different plan, and miscommunications can happen. But fear not, we've got you covered!
While we don't offer refunds, we want nothing more than to see you thrilled with your hair. If we’ve missed the mark, or you think we didn't quite nail it, we're happy to offer one revision. Just reach out within two weeks of your original appointment, and we'll make it right.
Color/Extension Aftercare: We count on our color service and extension service clients to follow the aftercare instructions provided to them by their stylists. Remember, fabulous hair requires a little TLC from time to time. Protect your investment and follow your stylist’s instructions!
By signing this agreement, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our cancellation policy. You agree to be responsible for any charges resulting from a violation of this policy. Please note that we require a signed copy of this agreement before we can proceed with your appointment, so please fill out the form on this page.
